BE A MUSIC MAJOR FOR A DAY!

The Washington State University School of Music would like to invite prospective students and their parents/guardians to its Fall 2025 MUSIC MAJOR FOR A DAY open house. Join us in experiencing a day in the life of a WSU music student. This event is open to all students considering a degree in music education, music performance, general music, a double major, or a music minor. Attendance is FREE of charge.

• See first-hand how we provide students with a rich and diverse musical education

• Experience how we prepare students for successful careers in music

• Learn about degree programs, admission, auditions, scholarships, and financial aid

• Attend classes and participate in ensemble rehearsals

• Meet the School of Music faculty

• Enjoy a free private lesson with one of our faculty members

• Interact with current music students
