PRESENTER: Dr. Jeffrey Olivarez

DESCRIPTION: Neurographic art was developed by a Russian psychologist and is a meditative art technique used to enhance well-being, reduce stress, and promote emotional processing. The emphasis of this session will be to discuss common stressors we have in the classroom and to learn how to utilize neurographic art as a mindful exercise to process these stressors.
