Panel: Celebrate & Reflect: TRIO in Action at WSU
About the event
A panel of faculty & staff will share strategies and approaches for supporting first-gen students. Panelists will discuss the changing needs of our students and how to best utilize resources in sharing the responsibility of student success.
Panelists include:
- Laura Lavine, chair and professor of the Department of Entomology;
- William Hall, assistant professor of mathematics education; and
- Alexander Spradlin, clinical assistant professor in the Department of Psychology.
- Carrie Bullock Ben-Yisrael, academic coordinator & retention specialist for WSU Pullman TRIO Student Support Services;
Light refreshments will be provided.
