PreCycle 2022 – PacificNW Zero Waste Hackathon (due 3/20)

About the event

This year we partner with Seattle Good Business Network to run a program and a pitch competition for student and business teams – PreCycle Innovation Challenge precyclewa.org. The program aims to support products, ideas, or services that prevent waste or provide waste solutions for WA State material streams.

Similar to 2020 Hackathon this will be a 5-week program, but this time students will be able to develop their ideas in a parallel track with formed start-ups and be involved in a broader community of entrepreneurs. Teams will compete for cash prizes (in their respective tracks) during a final pitch event on May 23. Students do not need to have fully formed ideas or teams to apply and get admitted to the program. The deadline for applications is March 20, 2022. Application page: precyclewa.org/application.
