Looking for a new professional headshot? We’ve got you covered! Join us at the Internship Pop-Up Fair and get your professional headshot taken with WSU Photo Services.
Whether you’re updating your LinkedIn profile, Handshake account, portfolio, or other professional networking platforms, you’ll leave with a high-quality headshot that helps you make a great first impression.
Here’s what to expect:
- Drop in anytime between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to have your photo taken with a professional photographer.
- Try to wear something professional! Items from the Cougar Closet will also be available to borrow.
- Your digital headshot will be available approximately 2-4 weeks after the event. We will email you a link to access and download your photo from a shared folder.
- Pre-register in Handshake for a reminder (pre-registration is not required)

- Is this event free? Yes! This event is completely free to attend.
- Where will headshots be offered? Headshots will be available during the Internship Pop-Up Fair. Please check in at the CUB Senior Ballroom upon arrival. The headshot station will be located within the fair venue.
- Can faculty and staff participate? Yes. While priority will be given to WSU students, faculty and staff are also welcome to participate. Because appointments are not being scheduled, we cannot guarantee a specific time slot. You’re welcome to stop by the headshot station at any time during the event.
- Do I need to register to participate? Pre-registration is encouraged if you would like a reminder for the event. Otherwise, the event will be drop-in style.
