Slow Your Roll: Stress Management

About the event

Ongoing stress levels can negatively affect you in a variety of ways. In this workshop participants will learn practical and simple stress management techniques that help reduce the time you spend being stressed. Discussions include relaxation and meditation techniques you can implement any time during your day.

This workshop is free to all WSU students and staff, with a limited number of seats. There are two times available : 12:10 to 1 p.m. and 5 to 6 p.m.
