About the event

Bruce Wollstein is a 1985 Graduate of WSU in Mechanical Engineering and has a Masters in Engineering Management from St Martins University.  Bruce spent 11 years in the Aerospace Industry (Aerojet (with Rocketdyne, Rocket Research) as a Development Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager.  He also was with Intel Corporation for 22 years as a Project Manager, Platform Manager, Director of the Program Management Office.  Bruce retired from Intel in 2018.

This presentation is part of a semester-long seminar on the “soft”, but hard to learn, professional skills that are essential to a successful engineering career. The speakers are engineers and other members of Kitsap technology firms. Topics that will be covered in the seminar include project management, communication, ethics, process safety, divergent thinking, careers in large engineering firms, and working for global engineering firms.
