WA State Rep. Ed Orcutt Keynotes Hoops Tax Institute Fall Forum

Washington state Representative Ed Orcutt will present “Pulling Back the Curtain on Taxes in Washington” at the Hoops Taxation Research and Policy Institute’s fall forum.
The presentation is open to the public and will be live streamed on Zoom.
Orcutt was appointed to the Washington State House of Representatives in 2002. From 2002 to 2013, he represented the 18th District. Due to redistricting, he went on to represent the 20th District and is serving his twelfth term as state representative. He advocates for policies that benefit Washington state families and communities concerning taxes, transportation, and forest policy, among others. He is the ranking Republican in the House Finance Committee.
He is active in his communities and has worked with several nonprofit and professional organizations dedicated to improving lives and opportunities. He has also held leadership positions with policy-related organizations, including the Natural Resources and Infrastructure Committee for the National Conference of State Legislatures.
