Latinx is a term that sparks some controversies due to narrative in the media and the lack of understanding of its origins. Join MESA Director, Rick Flores, for a session to learn the history of terminology throughout post-colonial history on umbrella terms for the Latinx community and why Latinx is inclusive and a necessary term for our inclusive language vocabulary.
