Open to Cougs of all WSU campuses. This educational webinar by the the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries will provide information about the protections that employees and job applicants have under the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. This law prohibits gender pay discrimination and promotes fairness among workers by addressing business policies and practices that contribute to income disparities between genders. You will have an opportunity to ask questions during the presentation.
