Crimson & Gray Virtual 5K

A cougar can sprint up to 50 mph. But, unless one is chasing you, you don’t need to go nearly that fast to participate in Global Connections’ upcoming Crimson and Gray Virtual 5K run from August 1st – 8th.

You have one week to participate in this FREE 5K. You go at your own pace and preferred route: on a treadmill, in a park, on the beach – wherever you are!  Race open to all Cougs.

All Washington State University students, no matter their location, will soon have access to a suite of mental health resources including after-hours crisis counseling, self-help resources, an online referral network, and peer support. The resources will become available to students in the coming weeks as part of an expanded partnership WSU has with ProtoCall, a national company that provides a 24-hour behavioral health call center and an array of digital products.
