In observance of National Nutrition Month, join us Saturday March 1 for a drop-in family-friendly art activity between 10:30am and 12:30pm, and a tour of “The Art of Food” exhibition beginning at 11:00am. Staff and students from WSU’s Tukey Orchard will also be part of the experience at the museum during this program.

Join Dining Services in celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a special lunch and dinner menu of Irish-inspired dishes. Enjoy a variety of flavorful options, including Guinness-glazed ham, corned beef with cabbage, shepherd’s pie, and Irish vegan stew. Additional selections include potato soup, potato sausage soup, garden risotto, Irish buttered carrots, parsnip mash, Brussels sprouts, Reubens, potato rolls, and Irish soda bread.
