This 42-minute documentary identifies the meaning of feminism. To showcase the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day (in 2011), this documentary explains what feminism means to the world and what the future holds for women’s rights. This documentary talks about equality and how women work just as hard, if not harder, than men but do not receive the same treatment or benefits in the workplace, with insights from Germaine Greer, Susan Faludi, and Naomi Wolf.
Open to all WSU students and staff but only the S & A fee-paying, global students who come and participate will receive some ASWSUG swag.
