#CougsRun Peloton Event
About the event
Join Cougs from around the country (or even the world) for #CougsRun outdoor Peloton events! Use these monthly runs as preparation for upcoming races, recovery runs, or a reason to do an extra run with fellow Cougs. These scheduled outdoor runs will be 30-45 minutes–plenty of time to high-five all of the other Coug runners participating!
- You can access the #CougsRun outdoor events through the Peloton app. You do not have to own Peloton equipment to use the app. Learn more from Peloton here. We may move to Peloton treadmill (indoor) runs once the weather gets colder, which requires the Peloton equipment and subscription.
- A link to the scheduled class will be emailed to those who register.
- Don’t forget to wear your Coug gear, add #CougsRun to your profile, and post photos of your run!
How to Sign Up and Participate
- Register for the event–keep in mind that these are outdoor runs
- Watch for the link a week prior to the run. Log in to your Peloton account or app and click the link to add the class to your schedule.
- Update your Peloton profile to include #CougsRun
- Join the runs at 7:30 a.m. Pacific
- Post a photo of yourself on the run on social media, and tag #CougsRun
