Dr. Xyanthe Neider – Anti-Racism Training
About the event
This session introduces a framework for leading with racial equity whether in the classroom, the advising office, or in a supervisory role. The framework was developed by a multicultural group of individuals within higher education and the communities they serve. It was designed with the principles of Nguzo Saba and the Haudenosaunee seven-generations principle of reaching back to the ancestors and looking forward to the coming generations in our decision making and movement building in mind. As a liberatory framework, this is only a beginning. The Constellations of Liberation for Educational Justice expand and grow as people breathe life into them and develop new constellations for antiracist navigational purposes.
