About the event
College students are regularly struggling to get the proper amount of quality sleep. This workshop is designed to discuss why that might be, as well as to provide tips and techniques to help students get the most out of their sleep. Participants will learn about sleep in relation to the college experience, the causes and consequences of sleepiness, and short-term/long-term changes that can be made to improve one’s quality of sleep.
Note: This workshop is aimed at current Global Campus students and has a maximum capacity of 30 participants. Please be sure to join the meeting link early to secure your spot!
