In this interactive session, the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of pass-fail grading will be discussed. The presenters will cover the basic aspects of these grading systems and will invite participants to join in a dialogue addressing the pros and cons. We will also touch on competency-based grading, along with milestone progression through the clinical year, and best practices when providing passing, marginal, or failing grades.
