About the event

Join us as the Academic Success and Career Center and Office of Social Justice Outreach and Education presents “Thriving Authentically: Ascending Industry as a Black, Indigenous, and Person of Color”. This virtual panel will feature BIPOC panelists who will offer students valuable industry insights regarding their chosen career paths and how they cultivated their professional and cultural identities on that journey. All majors and WSU campuses are welcome to attend. The following people are serving on the panel:

  • Caliber Home Loans -Gary Barquet (Alumni and Moderator), Loan Consultant
  • Northwest Farm Credit Services – Petra Atilano (Panelist), Vice President- Credit
  • Sherwin Williams- Roy Hernandez (Panelist), Spokane District Manager
  • Slalom Consulting- Tiffany Lumley (Panelist), Program Manager, Talent Management and Global Lead Unidos (Latinx and Hispanic) ERG.
  • Washington State Department of Revenue- Joanna Falcatan (Panelist), Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Respect Manager
