What Can You Personally Do To Be an Inclusive Leader?

If we believe in the “why” of being diverse, inclusive, and equitable leaders, then why are we still struggling to put it into action? Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which held The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; that overruled previous Supreme Court Decisions Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey; and determined that the authority to regulate abortion resides with the people and their elected representatives.
