About the event
WSU is reviewing proposals for a systemwide (all campuses) Online Student Organization Management and Student Event Management System.
The primary goals of the awarded contract are to 1) ensure the effective administration of Registered Student Organizations and 2) ensure thorough event approval workflows exist, ensuring appropriate university administration is aware of relevant student-led events. These platforms are also used by students to help them find campus events and connect with others.
WSU is currently contracted with Modern Campus Involve (formerly Presence) through 2025.
Please attend all four vendor demonstrations if possible. The Zoom link remains the same:
