Dr. Efrat Goldratt-Ashlag, author of Goldratt’s Rules of Flow and co-author with her father, Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt of his life philosophy book THE CHOICE. Efrat holds a PhD. in Organizational Psychology and specializes in training, developing and building training materials to enable personal and organizational growth. Efrat is also the CEO of Goldratt1 Ltd., managing the copyrights, publication and distribution of Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt’s books around the world.
