This workshop will introduce the concepts of measurable student learning outcomes and how they impact all other elements of course design. Well-written and implemented outcomes drive student engagement by allowing students to visualize what they will leave the class being able to do.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify elements of measurable outcomes.
- List demonstrable actions students will be able to do.
- Develop Student Learning Outcomes that are concrete and measurable.
