Many business owners struggle with how to grow sales. Keith LaHonta will overview how to build a sales process through creating a sales plan, finding optimal customers, and strategies to increase sales.

Speaker Bio:

Keith LaHonta partners with a few, select small business owners & founders to elevate their sales performance, and to scale their revenue.  Keith focuses on small to medium sized companies that reach a point where it has become difficult to grow their sales results without experienced sales oversight on their team.

With over 30 years of experience as a Vice President of Sales for medium and small private equity backed start-up companies, Keith has established and rebuilt sales and support teams from the ground up.  Keith’s deep Sales Leadership experience has given him the insight to work in a wide array of company cultures where diplomacy and clear communication skills are needed for sales success and growth.
