GUEST PRESENTER: Dr. Lauren Grider, University of Arizona
Upon completion of this 50-minute interactive lecture, participants will be able to:
- Distinguish between resilience and distress tolerance,
- Describe the differences between healthy resilience and unhealthy resilience, >
- Identify perfectionistic thinking and its relationship to fear of judgement,
- Understand the association between perfectionism, anxiety, and imposter syndrome, and
- Learn ways to practice healthy resilience and acceptance.
