VCEA Engineering Education and DEI Reading Group

About the event

Each month we will gather to discuss a paper about engineering education research and/or DEI in engineering or architecture over pizza. The paper will be circulated several weeks in advance in hopes that everyone can read it prior to the meeting, but anyone is welcome to attend even if they have not read the paper. The November reading is “Engineering’s Systemic Marginalization and Devaluation of Students and Professionals With Disabilities” (access here). The group is open to all VCEA faculty, staff, and students. Pizza will be provided.
