Jeremy started his engineering career at a small aerospace company as a development engineer, focused on designing aerospace hardware. Shortly after, he transitioned to a mechanical engineering position with an engineering consultant firm designing chemical ventilation, heat exchangers, and chemical tank processes.

Timothy Tibbals received his BS in electrical engineering from Gonzaga University in 1989 and worked for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. (SEL) for 26 years and is now retired.
Dr. Biwei Xiao is a Staff Scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in the Battery Materials & Systems Group.
Ed worked in the power industry for 45 years first in construction, design and startup of nuclear and coal plants with the Bechtel Corporation and then with various electric utilities:
