We are looking forward to hosting around 200 undergraduate women in physics at WSU this January. Please contact us for any questions you may have on how to donate.
Where does your donation go?
Your generous donation is greatly appreciated and will go towards the following:
- Lodging for our out-of-town participants
- Group meals (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday lunch)
- Student travel costs
- Coffee and snack breaks
- Local transportation
- Space and audiovisual fees
- Conference memorabilia
