Winter weather conditions might make driving difficult along SR-26. Please plan ahead, leave early, and drive carefully!
Please find the most convenient route from your institution to Pullman, WA. Once in Pullman, please refer to the following directions to the conference hotel:
If approaching from the west/north (traveling through Colfax):
- DO NOT SPEED THROUGH COLFAX
- Take US-195 South to Pullman
- Turn left on 270 (Davis Way)
- Turn right onto N Grand Ave
- Turn left onto SE Paradise St (one way road)
- Turn left onto Stadium Way (Welcome to WSU!)
- Turn right onto NE Fairway Rd
- Residence Inn by Marriott Pullman located on the left
- 1255 NE North Fairway Rd, Pullman, WA 99163
From Seattle or Spokane, there are also ride-share options organized through Facebook that you can explore.
If approaching from the south (traveling through Lewiston/Clarkston):
- Take US-95 North to Moscow/Pullman
- Take exit to US-195 North to Pullman
- Turn right onto SE Paradise St (one way road)
- Turn left onto Stadium Way (Welcome to WSU!)
- Turn right onto NE Fairway Rd
- Residence Inn by Marriott Pullman located on the left

If approaching from the east (traveling through Moscow, ID):
- Take Pullman-Moscow Highway (Washington SR 270) west toward Pullman
- Turn right onto Stadium Way (Welcome to WSU!)

Flying
If you plan is to fly to the conference , please contact us before booking your flight. There are three airports nearby, Pullman/Moscow Regional Airport (PUW), Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport (LWS) and Spokane International Airport (GEG).
Fly into Pullman (PUW), the airport is just a couple miles from the conference hotel and there are shuttles provided to and from the airport. Contact us to make shuttle arrangements.
Fly into Spokane (GEG), the airport is approximately 80 miles north of Pullman. The Wheatland Express is a bus/shuttle service that runs from the airport to the Residence Inn (conference hotel) for approximately $59 each way. Please note that you should purchase a shuttle ticket before you arrive in Spokane. If you plan to walk-on, keep in mind the shuttle may already be fully booked. Please check back in later for bus schedules!
From Spokane, there are also ride-share programs through Facebook that you can consider if your flights do not match up with the Wheatland Express schedule.
